The design reimagines raw, natural materials into refined, contemporary finishes for a distinct sense of "now." At its heart, a dramatic two-story social hub delivers a high-end boutique hotel vibe, inviting residents to work, play, see, and be seen. In the main lobby, a striking see-through fireplace draws the eye through to a spectacular curved coffee bar. Above the bar, a ceiling cutout showcases dangling lights that cascade down from the upper-level piano bar, visually connecting the two stories. Upscale amenities continue throughout the property, from a state-of-the-art fitness center featuring a dedicated red light therapy room, to a dual-purpose mailroom and library lined with illuminated shelving and curated artifacts. The result is an atmosphere that feels intimate, elevated, and deeply connected.
